Terms & Conditions

SchoolPhotoPRO reserves the right to cancel any course if the minimum number of bookings are not reached. On cancellation either a free transfer to another course or a full refund of the course fee will be offered. SchoolPhotoPRO will not be liable for any accommodation, cancellation fees or other expenses incurred. Delegates wishing to transfer to another course may do so once free of charge, thereafter an admin fee of £25.00 will be payable. Delegates cancelling attendance within 1 calendar month of the course date will receive a refund of 50% of the course fee. Delegates cancelling within 14 days of the course will not be eligible for any refund. If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify SPP in writing. Your booking will not be considered as cancelled until you have received a reply from us with a cancellation reference.

Although every effort will be made, if due to unforeseen circumstances a course has to be cancelled at the last minute, eg. facilitator ill health, fire at venue, bad weather, transport problems etc. SchoolPhotoPRO will not be liable for any delegates travel or accommodation charges. Delegates will be offered either a transfer to another course or a refund of course fee.
