SchoolPhotoPRO reserves the right to cancel any open day if the minimum number of attendees are not reached. Although every effort will be made, if due to unforeseen circumstances an open-day has to be cancelled at the last minute, eg. facilitator ill health, fire at venue, bad weather, transport problems etc. SchoolPhotoPRO will not be liable for any attendee travel or accommodation charges.
