Welcome to SchoolPhotoPRO.

We have quickly become one of the best resources for the business of school photography. We have a growing community of polite, friendly and very helpful professional photographers who are highly experienced in many different fields. You may want to use our site as just a way of meeting like-minded professionals. You may want to exchange tips and ideas with others in the business, or you may want to gain more knowledge about school photography. Whatever you what, SchoolPhotoPRO is for you.

SchoolPhotoPRO is a very well run, professional forum. We care about member privacy and understand that not all photographers want to identify their company or website to others, but do enjoy talking with people who are in the same business. Website addresses are hidden in our memberlist in order to give members a certain amount of privacy to their work style and business, plus as our memberlist is open to the public, we hide website addresses to help reduce spam. Email addresses are also hidden, but members can contact each other by Private Massage.

We do not allow advertising on our forum, but we do have a special vendor section. If you have goods and/or services and you would like our members to know about, you now have your own convenient area.

PROVISIONAL MEMBERS
If you join using an alias instead of your real name, or we cannot verify your identity, you will be given a 'provisional member' status. You will only have access to our 'General School Photography Talk' section. When you re-register with your full name (which our administrator will do from our end), you will be given access all the other free forum areas.

FULL MEMBERS
For free access to the regular forum areas, please register with your real name, add your website and location on the registration page (website address are kept hidden). Initially, you will only have access to the Welcome Lounge. Once you've posted an introduction to yourself, we'll give you access to our regular forum sections. You MUST identify yourself to the SchoolPhotoPRO administrator in order to enjoy access to the free section of this forum. Your email address should appear on your website, if not, you will need to supply evidence of your ID.

SIGN UP
You will need to go to the forum and click the 'Register' link on the menu bar. Access to our forum is given by the site administrator. Registrations that appear to be bogus or made by spammers will be immediately deleted.

PLEASE NOTE
Your continued free membership of this forum is based on you contributing to discussions. If you are constantly accessing the forum but never joining in on topics - which there are plenty, your account may be locked and then removed.

Criminal Record Checks
We can process your CRB disclosures.

Photo ID Cards
You will be issued with a Photo ID card to show you are a SchoolPhotoPRO member. We feel this is important for you as a photographer working in the school environment.

Print Competitions
We will be running national and regional print competitions which will be supported with newsletters for the winner to advertise to their achievement customers. This should make them more aware of your skills and dedication to the trade and therefore make you a better choice. Competitions will be run within the associate membership only, i.e. non-members will not have access to submitted images or the voting.

Approved Status
Submit your work to achieve recognition of your skill as a school photographer. An 'approved' status for photographers who show you are able to shoot with control, consistency and speed, and that you give your customers a good level of service.

Discounted meetings and workshops
All future events will now have to price structures: Prices for associate members and prices for forum members.

Free access to our Premium section
As long as you fit in with the existing requirements for premium membership, i.e. you offer a school or pre-school service (and have evidence to support this), and you have posted 25 messages or more, you will have FREE access to our premium form area, which is normally £25 per year.

Free enhanced directory entry
List yourself in up to 5 areas in our school photographer directory. Normal cost £35 per year.

How do you join?
Memberships will be by application form only. You will be required to fill-in you name, trading name and 3 references from your customers. You will need to supply a passport style image (emailed) for production of your ID card.

What is the cost?
All this is just £75 per year.

Join as a Vendor

We do not allow commercial advertising on our forum. However, if you have services or products that may be if interest to our members, you can use our special vendor section to contact them. All you need to do buy an annual subscription.

VENDOR TERMS AND CONDITIONS
You will only be given use of the vendor sections after paying a subscription fee or by paying for an advertisement on our site. Processing labs will be required to purchase advertising space on our home page to use this facility.

Goods and services should be relevant to professional photographers.

Messages you post will only remain on the forum as long as your subscription is up to date.

We will not allow put-downs towards individuals, other members or any other companies. Anyone breaking these rules will be banned from the forum and will forfeit any monies paid.
